Facial Mask

Many manufacturers will claim they have the best face mask for acne, but quite often the best masks are those you can make. Here are some ideas on how you can create effective facial masks at low cost.

Honey

Raw organic honey makes for an excellent mask. You don’t have to do any mixing. Just apply the substance on your face evenly. Let it rest there for 15 to 30 minutes. Do this everyday and those pimples will disappear.

Baking Soda and Water

Put some baking soda in a container. Add water in small amounts and mix it until the consistency is similar to paste. Apply this on your face. Keep it there for about 15 minutes. Wash it off thoroughly.

The amount of water you will add depends on how much baking soda you prepared. There is no specific process; just keep adding the water little by little until the mixture turns paste-like.

Lemon Juice and Egg Whites

One of the best face masks for acne, you just need to break an egg open. Take off the egg whites and put them in a small bowl. Get half a lemon. Extract the lemon juice over the egg whites. Beat the juice and eggs until they are thoroughly mixed. Spread the mixture on your face and leave it there for 10 to 15 minutes. Wash it off.

Lemon Juice, Yogurt and Honey

Prepare equal amounts of yogurt and honey. Combine the two with a dash of lemon juice. Mix it well and spread on your face. Keep it there for 15 minutes and then wash it off.

Aspirin Tablets

This mask is especially useful for treating spot blemishes. Take several aspirins and crush them in a bowl. You can use the end of a knife or any other clean kitchen tool. Once the tablets have attained a powder like appearance, add a small amount of water and mix it.

Mix the two until they turn into a paste-like substance. Add only a small amount of water; you can always add more if needed. Put it on your face for a minimum of 10 minutes. You can also leave it overnight.

For people with sensitive skin, it is best to start by applying small amounts. If there are no adverse reactions, you can apply the paste on the entire face. In order to find the best face mask for acne for your skin, you may have to try different ingredients.
